We needed a separation in space between the meeting room area and working area for privacy, but the working area also needed to be unified. In our previous building, the office was built around a central lift running through the core of the building, so many people could be in the office, but they would not see each other all day.
We wanted a centralised workspace, as seeing who is in the building would foster more human interaction. Post-pandemic, the hard part is achieving the feeling of belonging, and we wanted to create a nice space where people want to come in.
Previous Experience: We were previous clients and were there for a few years, so we already knew Landmark
